Pure tunes of innocence, even happiness, in his music are damp with drops of bitterness Schubert's reflections of his time -- from piano miniatures through the last dramatic canvas of Fantasie Op.103 -- are the focus of our exposition. The Golden Key Music Festival of Vienna combines a unique artistic and educational experience for young musicians with an exciting family vacation. Sponsored by the American Concert Alliance with the assistance of the Boesendorfer Klavierfabrik, the Prayner Conservatory, and the Haus der Musik, the Festival has attracted instrumentalists and vocalists from all over the world, including the United States, China, Russia, and the European Union. Now in its fifth year, the Golden Key Music Festival has become an integral part of the cultural life of Vienna, one of the the great music capitals of the world.
