Haus der Musik

THE LONG NIGHT OF MUSEUMS

Dense Line-Up at the Interactive Sound Museum

On October 2, 2010 Austrian museums once again open their doors to the country's night owls. With only one ticket, you can access all participating museums until 1am in the morning. Haus der Musik joins the "ORF - Long Night of Museums" with an exciting music programme.

ORF's Long Night of Museums is entering its 11th year. Following last year's visitor's record of 443.500, the public is once again invited to enter many different locations with one single ticket!

From 6pm Marko Simsa & Safer Six Band play an a cappella concert for children, at 8pm Herbstrock perform German indie-pop-rock, and at 10pm Francis International Airport present their brand new album "In the Woods." The night closes to the electronic tunes of the Krautrock pioneers Cluster.

Children under 12 enjoy free admission during Long Night of Museums.

During the "Long Night," Haus der Musik stays open until 1am!

Tickets: € 13,-/ € 11,- available soon at Haus der Musik, open daily from 10am to 10pm.
