HAUS DER MUSIK'S objective is to teach enthusiasm, openness and knowledge in connection with music. Since the museum opened its doors in June 2000, exciting, reciprocal connections have been made between HAUS DER MUSIK and schools. Thousands of school students have visited us together with their teachers.
Usually the thing that impresses so many people is the way the content is presented. In the way it communicates this content to its visitors HAUS DER MUSIK has gone out and broken new ground. New approaches were developed which are completely unique and are based on modern teaching methods. Learning via visual, aural and kinesthetic channels of communication, supported by state-of-the-art technical installations, is extremely important in education today.
